Where do you ship from?
We ship from Indonesia.
Do you ship internationally?
We do, but unfortunately due to VAT requirements in the UK and VerpackG requirements in Germany we're not able to ship to these countries right now.
Please note that customs, duties, taxes, VAT, and any other fees are not included in our prices. There might be additional charges when you receive your shipment.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped 2-7 days after the production period (see timeline for dates).
When will my order arrive?
After shipment, international orders typically take 2-12 weeks to arrive. Keep in mind there may also be delays due to Covid-19 or your country's customs regulations.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
What's your store's refund/return policy?
Once an order has been placed and there are no issues, we cannot refund your order.
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, we can arrange to refund the cost of the damaged/missing item.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If the items have already been sent, We're really sorry but there's nothing that we can do. Please contact us before the packaging period if you think you entered the wrong address.
Why was my order cancelled?
If by any chance we're unable to ship to your country, we will cancel your order and payments will be refunded.
